In the present
context Christian world upholds a most sublime precept which no other religion
admonishes its faithful – in the words of Jesus Christ himself - namely “Love of God and love of neighbor” in its solemn
beckoning namely
“But I say to you, love your enemies: do good to them that hate you: and pray for
them that persecute and calumniate you:”[Mathew 5:44]
Holy Scriptures
also admonish its faithful as taught by Jesus Christ Himself namely:
“Woe to him that gives scandal” “He that shall scandalize one of these little ones that believe in
me, it were better for him that a millstone should be hanged about his neck,
and that he should be drowned in the depth of the sea”. [Mathew 18:6]

INDIAN CONSTITUTION NOT MERELY A FARCE BUT A FAILURE AS WELL
“We
waited long in pleasant glee, we sang a song ‘neath every tree”, the nation in
a hurried struggle,pressed forward towards progress&advancement under the
Indian National Congress - but alas, even as the country started racing in to
an era of excellence, the wait ended.
Before one could retrieve one’s senses, we found ourselves on an
altogether different platform. In a sudden jolt,a majority of people who
inhaled an air of progress, advancement and development at the hands of the
Indian National Congress in the company of its UPA allies, went by aspersions
and allegations hurled by the enemies of the nation and parted ways with
Congress Party, allowing a menace called communalism to wipe out the progress
made, in to a state of annihilation.
What made this summersault by people of a united nation possible? Hate culture where the so called “Unity in
Diversity”factor was mere eye-wash!
Who
faltered where, when and how - Hinduism or India
Unfortunately
this long outstanding puzzle is already developing wrinkles that would have
even the present day age ashamed to concede that they both exist only to resist
either of them!
Whereas
the latter namely Hinduism has had no parallels around the world except at
forging ahead with its unending stretch of mythology and slanderous utterances,
India as a nation has sped ahead at supersonic haste on a notion of progress
except having its untimed or rather oddly timed wheels resting on a pair of
parallel rails namely Secularism and Communalism? Will Hinduism overtake India or will India
The
complexity of a highly intoxicated dilemma like the above is being left for
readers to make surmise of, till we return to it a few paragraphs hence to find
out as to where lay the stumbling block!
Incidentally,
Indian Constitution was a false step in the wrong direction. Unfortunately, after nearly seven decades of
self-governance, one is compelled to take a look back and very shamefully admit
that not only has the 1.3 billion people of a present day age miserably failed
to bring about even a trace of reform within the masses in India but even the
very Constitution which happened to be a guiding feature for a people and a
system, only permitted convicts to get elected to lead or mold people unto
their own images.
As a
consequence, the ultimate result that can positively show-case an identity in
the case of this age old Dravidian Land universally known as “India” is
altogether a controversial and a humorous picture where an age old barbarity
(communalism and criminality) can be seen very industriously striving to carve
out a modern age devoid of peace, non-violence and communal harmony
(Secularism).
This
apart the ultimate result that show-cases nation’s identity as of today is a
dreary picture of how the criminals in india namely Bhartiya Janata Party,
Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram
Sene, Maoists & Naxalites carry within them a metabolism which amounts to
diabolism in entirety to the extent that what these criminals commit to the
nation can only be construed as good for them but the outcome would always be
the reverse for the nation. So these
criminals would have animals such as monkeys and cows etc to roam around free
of encumbrance but to the detriment of general public. Yet unfortunately these very criminals are
unable to accommodate human beings and minorities who literally depict the
existence of live symbols of God and His creation in the finiteness of human
form, the chances of whose survival is not merely bleak but precarious as well.
How and
where did Indian Constitution falter in failing to bring about the needed
excellence in life, in people and in the land?
Elders
did not leave us lessons to learn, parrot and forget them. Rather they desired that we ascend to areas
that they failed to make it but more especially that we should not ever fall
where they did. In order to ensure that
we do not fall in our endeavor there is need to maintain a tempo of progress,
which can best be possible if we have a milestone called check. This check ought to instill in us a fear – a
fear of an authority. A fear, that ought
not make us panic, a fear that will sooth our way to attaining wisdom. A fear called “Fear of the Lord is the
beginning of Wisdom”.
Should
we now make a wrong move in the right direction to assess as to which way the
Indian Constitution impacted the present day leaders who apparently are looked
upon as eminent people but are only a few metres away from the hardcore
criminals awaiting their d-day?
One of
the foremost acts by Shri Pranab Mukherjee after assuming the post of President
was to reject the mercy petition of convicts condemned to death. The writer would not name any such people or
citizens (but would definitely assert that they were Muslims and indeed very
respectable citizens till the other day), nevertheless this particular writer
would not alsohesitate to point out the fact that a mercy petition is never an
individual option for the president to exercise in his personal capacity.Rather
it literally is an option for president to exercise a discretion as anational
figure, that too after weighing the pros and cons of its consequences that may
or may not endanger the security of the nation and safety of people by
projecting a longterm option and resolve the mercy petition on merits, on
merits namely in terms of a petition sought for mercy.
A
President, let us all remember, is actually an outcome of human error in as
much as a freak culmination of an opportunisticjudgement by people who yielded
to convenience than the well being of a nation.
So, President Pranab Mukherjee became a chosen one to deny that same
position to P. A. Sangma, who lost favour with the existing majority, which in
the present instance happened to be that of the UPA Alliance.
This
Writer has a poser to the President Pranab Mukherjee as well as all the
criminals of this land, all Stalwarts championing the Indian Constitution, all
Party Leaders and the Secular Fraternity.
Moreover,
when hundreds and thousands of innocent citizens of this very nation are time
and again butchered by criminals and allied outfits without any rhyme or
reason, and this state of affairs going on for decades and centuries and yet the
criminals roam free without ever being taken to task, then how does a President
or any of the lead figures of criminal outfits and communal scoundrels exhibit
any sense of morale or moral responsibility towards the nation and people by
claiming to be respectable or vested with any authority, merely proclaiming
themselves as elected representatives under a farce called Indian
Constitution?
Furthermore,
if an independent nation like Pakistan managed to conspire for decades against
the tantrums displayed now and again by India or similarly if any other
neighbouring country indulged in anti national activities against India or
played with the lives of Indians at any stage claiming the lives Indian
citizens,would Indian President or Indian Judiciary or any of the so called
stalwarts of crime and communalism be in a position to defend themselves or
condemn any of the perpetrators to death without being targeted with a
tit-for-tat response?
That is

farce is unable to gag people and criminals in India

let looses hell of a Hinduism when a person from minority decides to quell his
harmonious silence with an exhortation to his minority colleagues to assert
their rights as provided in the Indian Constitution for defending their
lives. This citizen was well within his
right to exhort his community to assert their rights. But no sooner a news item of this gravity
appeared in print than Hinduism had its well-meaning media drumming up support
to have an enquiry commission set up to track the past connected to that
particular citizen of minority status for getting the law to trail him in
succession for a couple of days or may be months as well.
Thereafter,
one only needs to maintain a vigil and keep in touch with media to get well
acquainted with the hell of a Hinduism which spares no pains to persecute or
torture, mentally and physically for days and months on end that citizen of
dignity to indirectly give his community the pangs of a panic that could even
enable some extremist strikes to take place or a jolt from the Pakistani side
to give India a tremor.
But,
when Pakistan deliberately
executes an incursion in to India
and claims the lives of a few armymen or civilians, then Hinduism only manages
to make a commotion in the wake of which some empty big-wigs may even stand up
to assert a possible strike in to interior of Pakistan
After a
few days the commotion would die down, may be on account of a more graver an
issue for which this nation never lagged behind in fabricating a long chain of
heinous atrocities for bruising the conscience of the nation. When all is said
and done, India never
manages to enable its threats see alogical finale till Pakistan manages to outdo India India will always be
considered as a billowing of smoke by Hinduism whereas Pakistan

the case with India when
Maoists or Naxalites butcher India
Whatever
the consequences of such manipulation of the Indian vis-à-vis Indian
Constitution be, what remains to be emphatically viewed is the point that
whereas Pakistan has always managed to keep its nation matters well within
limits without making its citizens target of whereas the outfits in India carry
out fratricidal missions merely to outwit not the communally maimed criminals
or their government but their target invariably happens to be a particular
minority community or a party which provides tacit support whether morally or
in principle which attitude is always taken by these criminals to strike at
will.
But what
may be relevant in the existing context is as to how the decision and
discretion of a President of India can easily be manipulated by a biased
government in power without regard for true justice being meted out to India

how would the President reconcile with his weakness in having failed to teach
Pakistan a lesson whereas hemight have deemed it expedient to execute his own
brethren namely Indian citizensbut of a different community on an alleged plea
of themhaving been party to a conspiracy and for which a mercy petition was
submitted by his well-wishers? How does
this dilemma provide a solution to India India
is weaker in potential than Pakistan
Apparently,
the mercy petition that had been by-passed by a number of earlier Presidents to
lie unattended became a matter of exigency for the present President and that
too, to what effect? To the utter dismay of secular parties and dignified
citizens, he the President opted to fulfil a finale to the much awaited plea
for mercy which unfortunately was not to be.
It is
important to remember that a negative judgement condemning a person to death
ought not ever be replied with a negative rejection. It is important to remember that the
president is no outcome of any divinely ordained entitlement, rather he is
merely an acting position who would only have managed to position himself on
his specific post due on account of a manipulated number. Does he imagine that
P.A.Sangma would not have either ignored the petitions or accorded a largesse
to the Petitioners because they too were Indian citizens? He also needs to
remember that he, as President, is as much a human being as the person
condemned to death by fallible people, who too never received a divine
inspiration or entitlement to jeopardize another’s life or discretion.
As such,
if a President exercises his option – howsoever grievous the guilt might appear
to him - in the best of interest of the people of the nation, people of the
community to which the convict belonged and looking to the larger ingerest of
not only of the person condemned but his family, his well wishers and his own
state of repentance as well, the President, in the best of conviction, is
expected to execute a positive step in the right direction, bearing in mind
that even a pardon would in all certainty limit the movements of a condemned
person up to the jail gate only.
Moreover, the whole matter is all about a final show of repentance, if
not directly by the convict but definitely by his family members which must
always receive a positive response.
And, as
a First Citizen, as a President of a mighty nation like India India
But if a
Presient of India exhibits any sense of vengeance against a person condemned
even on a plea that the nation might have reservations about his exercising his
own discretion, then he too could be made to pay back in the same coin. And that was what actually transpired namely
the family that put up a mercy petition lost their son and the President his
mother.
Prior to
ascending the Post of President he was an integral part of a secular
party. Did then the decision of this
particular President get influenced by acriminally acrimonious and atrociously
maimed government that ascended the seat of power subsequently which position
had been occupied earlier by a secular party?
Or did
the earlier President namely President Abdul Kalam lack in any iota of
integrity that he did not deem it proper to take up the mercy petition only to
reject it as this President did? The
Mercy Petition was definitely rejected but it did not enhance the renown of India

HEIGHTS. THUS THE NUMBER OF SECULAR MINDED CITIZENS MIGHT SURELY HAVE
DIMINISHED BUT THE ENTHUSIASM BY THE SECULAR PARTIES AND FOLD ARE STILL INTACT,
RATHER LET US PUT IT AS ON THE ASCEND BECAUSE THE CONGRESS PARTY AND UPA ALLIES
KNOW FOR CERTAIN THAT ONE DAY THE ALLIANCE WOULD REGAIN THE CONFIDENCE OF A
VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WHO MIGHT HAVE STRAYED AWAY OWING TO THEIR

celestial abode, survived for close to more than four billion years. The Earth or the blue planet as is universally
known, also traversed for nearly as many years in succession, the total period

the precariousness of life he is destined to lead, having to make tedious
journeys through a deceitful wilderness of crime, hate, treachery or
intermittent rivalry which more or less overshadow the shine and destiny of a
happy and contented life.
Relationship among human beings brings about that primary change
or transformation to every other form of life and life related factors such as
time, event or people. The concept of
relation is so sublime a craving which spontaneously enhances the shine of bond
and fondness among human beings. Relationship adds value to instinct which
characteristically induces human beings to depend on others for their
well-being irrespective of what another’s disposition might be. Human relation makes people stick together
into one fold and in a single specie thereby fostering that spirit of cordiality
among various segment or society as the case may be. However, it is important that relation among
human beings be kept healthy, graceful and sublime so that the society does not

there will always be that divine transformation of human fondness which makes
people stick together in one fold.
First the world
feathered a horrendous epoch which was marked with much bloodshed and
persecution of innocents. It was an era
which triggered a spate of life threatening wars, spine chilling atrocities and
ruthless barbarities indulged in by people against contemporaries and hapless
beings taking in its wake a heavy toll of innocent human beings with it. Overall, it amounted to human wrath unleashed
on hapless beings who, in the first place, lacked the will to pay back in the
same coin or, as may be compared to present day era, there was lack of
authority one could turn to for assistance.
As a result, the world failed to weather the fury of human catastrophe
wrought by human beings themselves which made a section of people lie low for
fear of being victimized by powerful people.
However, despite the
present day generation making hotchpotch claim of being civilized or advanced,
what ultimately transpires for a culmination effect is that the world is yet to
civilize in to being citizens worthy of living harmonious and honorable
lives. When all is said and done, what
ultimately forces one to frankly admit the lack of civilization or advancement
is the fact that the present day civilization is inordinately occupied at
stockpiling nuclear warheads to project themselves as intelligent specie which
fact only leaves the present day generation to count themselves as any but a
civilized or advanced lot!
It took millions of
years for the world and its inhabitants to become civilized. As a matter of fact, even this mean
achievement by practically one decimal of a fraction of today’s teeming
population only amounted to trifle too little a discovery both by the world as
a whole and humanity in particular.
The ultimate which
emerged was that, living a life in the first place entailed applying one’s
intelligence, devising strategy, employing resources, streamlining procedures,
incurring losses, absorbing failures and structuring a future which factors
demanded the presence of friends, neighbors, confidants and a society to share
the outcome or output for securing a tomorrow.
Whatever may be the
intricacies involved in executing a life to perfection, the primary ingredient
needed to foster continuity of life was a harmonious existence without which
the world would not have existed today.
Obviously, the world
became conscious of the need to have neighbors around in order to make ends
meet, however the notion of getting acquainted with all the ins and outs of
life and a need for paving the right path towards achieving collective good of
people at different levels of civilization had to be worked out in stages by
the entire globe, and this notion dawned only on to a select category of people
namely the elite of the world and the good ones to be precise.
The greatest draw-back
which the world faced in regard to consolidating the input so accumulated
through collective efforts by people with reason and understanding was that,
with the rise in number of heads numerically, the perception too differed from
people to people. Destructive forces

undermine the good work carried out by right thinking people started pervading

segment of an unevenly spread world appeared to be the greatest challenge to
life and its advancement.

compelling criteria which needed to be worked out to precision was a need to
create general awareness among people of all categories and classesspread out
in most countries and remote locations of the world. Thus the survival of humanity depended on a
positive, successful and speedy manner in which people managed to understand
the need and concept of co-existence and implementing it literally throughout
by making it a common agenda with indispensable features.
However, with a mounting
population rocking all prospects of an advancing civilization, the world failed
to keep pace with the demand to bring about the needed reform among people in
the shortest time possible and, as a consequence, saw continents, nations,
countries, territories, lands and societies falling apart, the repercussions
and magnitude of which catastrophe is telling ominously on to today’s world.
Down through the centuries, it even took as many and more
millions of people across the world that were made to bear the brunt of
uncivilized generations or even had to pay with their lives, which fact

long stretches of uncivilized era wherein many millions had to bear the brunt
of uncivilized menace and pestilence by way of wars and battles and which

which the present day civilization can only reminisce with regret as part of
human folly or failure to realize life’s worth.
In order to arrive at a common
platform, in order to attain wide-spread appealor in order to become capable of
asserting a uniquely ordained oneness in perception, there was need to maintain
a balanced mind-set, uphold a genuine view, curtail pernicious inclinations and
act with purity of intention.

equal aptitude, equal characteristics and above all equal love for or by that
one only creator whom the entire world accept as the Supreme Being or the
Supreme Good, yet man failed to make the whole world a part of that one humanity
which feature allowed evil to exist alongwith the good.
Man invented much and science
progressed many miles to even reach Mar orbit.
Even this Dravidian Land known worldwide as “India” made many rotations
to complete as many years of evolving generations to ultimately find a foothold
on the crust of a stupendous invention which the modern day world mildly
describes as a civilized form of life based on the concept of a broad-based
book of law streamlined to define the rights and duties of every citizen. However, even this advancement was no outcome
of a sudden emergence of people from a period of barbarity to a state of
modernity rather it was outcome of an intelligent being with reason and
dependance.
All through this lengthy journey,
man balanced his life and life related cravings with an equally balanced love
for his Creator. However, owing to
fluctuations in fortune and in view of the steady increase in population,
people gradually started trekking to far off lands with intent to locate
greener pastures for exploiting natural resources and for allowing extensive
use of the abounding gifts of nature.
This time around, the Indian
mainland which was originally a massive block of barren, mountainous and arid

unattended by human civilization or un-attracted to civilization for purposes

been lying uninhabited for centuries caught the eye of some primitive tribes
consisting of Jews (present day Christians) and Aboriginals (Neolithic
settlers). With the advancement of
several ages and after several centuries of stillness of habitation there
started appearing hordes of ill-clad and nomadic tribes that advanced from the
banks of the Indus valley having crossed over from the Hindukush Mountains and
on to the plains of the present day northern India clearing remnants of
inhospitable terrains and converting them in to areas of crisp sunshine and
cultivable land making it worthy of sustaining a timid and primitive people who
were keen to adopt the new found seclusion for starting a way of life and whom
India or the world of today calls the Dravidian race.
This was
how the Dravidian settlement consisting of Jews [present day Christians] and
aboriginals [Neolithic settlers] are believed to have migrated via Afghanistan
across Hindukush mountains passing through Indus valley into an uninhabited
land today known as “India” and settled in the northern part of the land for
many centuries till the Aryan race invaded the land whereat the Dravidians
forsook their settlements and left the land to settle in the South of the
country to live a life of peace.

greater part of the bygone centuries India
India –
which originally was a land inhabited by the Dravidian Race but during the ages
got named as “India”, and which after its achieving independence from foreign

secular minded party and noble citizens of the early ages, came a long way up

of Indians fell back on standards in to a state of barbarity and

reasons were addicted to inciting crimes, victimizing or persecuting honest and
peaceful citizens of the country into having to unnecessarily incur wrath, get

prior to arrival of colonial rulers the people of India

of poor and underprivileged classes were even barred from entering temples
which were meant solely for people belonging to higher classes. Incidentally, the underprivileged and the
poor people were barred from casting their shadows over the precincts or
premises of Hindu temples allowing an insurmountable chasm of a divide within
the society of the bygone centuries.

semblance of heavenly peace and happiness which enabled them to live a
God-fearing life devoid of cast or class by holding their heads high in the
society wherever they went. The
fragrance of this sublime religion namely Christianity even today radiates an
aroma and shine of graceful solemnity both within people as well as in the
society which during the ages got degraded through turbulence arising out of
Hindu barbarity.
Within the confines of an estimated capacity
of roughly 1.269 million square miles that shelter around twenty-nine States
and seven Union Territories in all and housing nearly 1.3 billion populace
making it the seventh largest and the second most populous country in the
world, India under Congress Party (The Indian National Congress) had come close
to becoming a claimant in the line up to be distinguished as not only the
largest viable democracy in the present day competitive world but even rose to
be counted as a prominent nation with voice sound enough for international

this exceedingly vibrant democracy so established to the advantage of the
present day generation too was by no means an outcome of spontaneous sprout of
popular advancement. Rather the process
entailed a consistent struggle through perseverance by way of dedicated, active
and immense hardship which enabled its people to successfully carving out of an
enterprising nation out of the so called decaying world of an uncivilized
creation, that too at the able and secular hands of Congress Party (The Indian
National Congress).
Congress
Party did possess these and a plethora of similar traits, which input attracted
a whole gamut of a British Empire to come
around for transition of power from a colonial empire in to the hands of the
Indian National Congress. Literally
speaking, this by itself was by no means a mean achievement by a party of
national status and reckoning namely Congress Party of the present day era and

alone was responsible for India entering a new phase of independent existence.

need to be apprised here regarding the above statement which emanated from this
very writer only through his various blogs placed on the internet wherein this
Writer had lauded the achievement made by the Indian National Congress in
securing freedom for the land through mild and shrewed deliberations vis-à-vis
the British Empire . Incidentally, this assertion by the Writer
had definitely given several sleepless nights to the criminal elements which
people were then united under the banner of the Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh
out of which sprouted the present day criminal category of people viz. the remnants of the RSS including the VHP,
Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sena, Maoists / Naxalites and a few anonymous
elements that are communal all the same but are passive to respond at the first
call and which criminals only knew the language of crime and whom the British
would never have trusted to hand over the land.
This
writer who pioneered the above allegation stands by his assertion and by his
indictment of communal elements in the strongest sense ever, since there is no
reason as to why truth ought to be sidelined, that too in an age of
transparency. However, the manner in
which the message had hit internet reveals the scare that went down the spines
of these criminals and communal elements including Narendra Damodardas Modi to
have had a sickening effect on the cowardly people. Indeed and perceivably so that truth did
struck penetratingly hard in a manner that independence was exclusively an
achievement by the then Indian National Congress (Congress Party) which
assertion had become unpalatable to people whose primary look out had always
been to dupe public and roost on the twigs of their plundered property, wealth,

hardships to public. Highhandedness, nefarious activities, atrocities,
brutalities, butcheries, wars, murders, kidnap for ransom, match-fixing
scandals, hijack, criminal assault, loot, theft, burglary, extremism,
cross-border terrorism, civil strife, communal riots, dowry deaths, rape of
innocents, plunder by people, tax evasion, snatching and pickpockets, theft of
vehicles, arson, labor unrest, hoarding of essential commodities, pilferage of
items, marketing day to day items & essential commodities at exorbitant
rates became rampant and to counter these there was need to set up a government
with voice for adopting counter measures and to enact positive and viable legal
remedies.
Thus was
established a most competent and trustworthy government under the Indian
National Congress which comprised of learned citizens and renowned luminaries

party or people had the input, dynamism and conviction to bring about
development to the land except Congress Party in the company of its UPA
allies. To everyone’s surprise and
through a deep rooted conspiracy hatched by the hooded elements under an IAC
Forum [India against Corruption] supported from all sides by India’s infamous
criminals self styled under parties and outfits namely the BhartiyaJanata Party,
RashtriyaSwayamsewakSangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram
Sene, Maoists &Naxalites, to name only a few prominent ones managed to
dilute public minds on a plea and allegations of corruption. However, the reality on account of all the
false allegations flung by criminals and pestilent people could not become a
matter of fact even as of today to substantiate these allegations despite
enormous efforts by the criminals transacting a government of no substance.
Moreover, India which once used to be an icon of dignified rise from the
scratches of bareness to a plethora of abundance, in a sudden transformation
became a haven of criminals to not only have its years of prosperity nose dive
to levels of primitive barbarity but even had the very government comprising of
criminals and vagabonds having been elected by like or even harder-core
elements capable of superimposing their ill-gotten authority over hapless
citizens of a free India, thus making India to be counted today as a notorious
land, hazardous enough to even massacre its own citizens or enforce a dictum
the like of which no ruling elite would hardly dare, and forcing people to
commit offensive acts either for self-defence or to assert solidarity for the
injustice meted out to their own community and thereafter have them labelled
proclaimed offenders or global gangsters.
The ultimate outcome of foolery by
criminals and pestilent people is best noticed at the manner in which all
progress and development have been stalled after the BJP government took over
the government at the centre and in many of the states of India

could not have progressed this far had it been under a spell of corruption by its

Congress Party in the alliance of UPA constituents at its helm, which blurts

name, fame and reputation as being a worthless element madly in need and greedy
for fame. In his recent utterances
wherein he has decried even the BJP government as a useless people has further
exposed the hollowness of this dwarf by name KisanBaburaoHazare. However, after his trusted colleague and
confidant ArvindKejriwal deserted him for his sort of fame, the crusade waned
out of public eye though of course, Kejriwal managed to secure the CM’s seat in
Delhi
India never had its morale so badly
mauled up at the hands of a casual and reckless government as is now where the
public of today, rather than getting motivated to lead or behave with an
enhanced or dignified image, have got habituated to behaving a grade lesser
than their age or maturity and projecting the country under guise of a rogue nation
or at any rate unbecoming of a country of India’s renown, which vainly boasts
of being an independent nation but still has its psyche crippled through the
benevolence of a crime-prone mob and pestilent lot. In effect, the so called
hate mania against minorities openly projected and so lavishly generated by the

assumed power at the centre merely to vent their clout or their frustration

exploited by these very criminals to term them as extremists and in this
fashion many innocent citizens who would have been today living peaceful lives
have been haunted out as ‘Global Gangsters’ and even executed on one allegation
or the other. But the real criminals
namely the entire list of outfits and criminals namely Bhartiya Janata Party,
Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram
Sene, Maoists & Naxalites etc. etc. manage to go scot free without ever the
nation progressing to bring them under specific charges.
And,
just to imagine even for a mere contemplation as to how God was being
humiliated, Creator being defamed, Omnipotence being diminished to become ashes
at the hands of people for whom worship merely meant Hinduism, which not only
lacks in dogma, divinity or divine approval, but have to content with an
abusive culture enhanced by a foul-mouthed abusive retort by Hindu fanatics,
which culture stinks the manner it is professed more than the rape culture
which lie subdued under their veil of “Hinduism”.
However,
can one fathom the extent and depths to which these criminals could stoop to
merely to achieve a finite end namely a solace of vengeance through atrocities
committed by a people who hardly have a culture, what to speak of a religion
except an eye-brow raising record of historic crimes committed under a notion
of bogus freedom-struggle and an illegitimate authority to kill.
Hindus have never cared to find out
as to whether they rightly are in possession of eternal truth and God Almighty
is with them or not. So far, so

learnt a name or two of medicines and sit to earn as fake doctors and even

India plagued with so many instances of hate crimes against its very citizens

crimes despite India having traversed seven decades from independence and law
having made judiciary more or less a force majeure institution and the nation
too having advanced to self-sufficiency besides its over-estimated abundance
having reached a peak, not to speak of the fully advanced infrastructure,
paraphernalia and street lights besides communication?
Then who
are the perpetrators of crime, rape, abuse, butcher, hate, persecution,
maltreatment, arson, loot, vandalism and many diverse crimes that could fit the
tongue or cheek the face? Do they indeed
constitute alien visitors or inland settlers? How at all does a majority exist
in the country to be vehemently asserting a lead role in escorting devotees to
worship places especially during Sundays and still are unaware as to who
exactly are the perpetrators or as to how such incidents occur except after
these episodes and stories circulate in newspapers or captivate the avid
readers of newspaper headlines?
Confusion confounded? Well more
to blush for.
How come
rape instances have become a regular feature mostly in the north where
spirituality allegedly overflows to even areas of narrow streets and by lanes
under trees, cross-sections and roadsides with earsplitting tunes and
organically bolstering devotees making way-in and way-out of worship places as
they wind their way back and forth to or
after making offerings in kind to keep the dumb idols fully equipped to digest
that which have been fed to them and still not fed up of yearning for
more? How in all the world has the
universe or for that matter the blue planet Earth revolved or rotated to an
adverse orbit or direction to be show-casing such rampant fanaticism which even
go unchecked or is it that the spirituality-oriented religious culture has
miserably failed to infuse religiousness in to people who have ominously failed
to blind their own arrogance?
Friends, there exists but one and only divine architect who
created truth and this truth cannot be extinguished, it cannot be jailed
neither can it be silenced because the Almighty will always emerge the greatest
to downgrade crime, whether the latter be used as a weapon by criminals to gag
its spread or maim its existence. Truth
would always stand unblemished and no amount of bleeding, brutality, crime etc
can enable criminals who have fallen to depths of atrocious deeds ever achieve the
solace to annihilate truth which is what the criminals hanker.
There are areas and people who have to be carefully studied and
effective measures evolved to find out solutions to the enormous problems the
country is facing. These nefarious
elements have dared squander away the moden assets of human resources and
economic well being. Virtues of
conviction, dedication, honesty, harmony and peace have been ignored by these
hooligans and in their place they have resorted to pulling down what the nation

What is all the more amusing is the fact that, the very people
namely the BJP in the company of RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene,
Maoists & Naxalites etc. who made a bonfire of the sane advice by most
people including this Writer cautioning them not to antagonize the honest and
righteous citizens of the land, whereas on the contrary they went about promoting
hostility among its citizens and neighbors, brandishing the threat of a nuclear
war to be looming large on its horizon and parading empty streets in a fit of
war like atmosphere and rage of a wounded tiger, very much like the Don
Quixote’s as though they were facing a real enemy where in actual fact there
existed none. Reason and logic fails to
concur as to how these criminals perceived a threat to their existence which
had them forced to spring on to their feet ready to wage a war on a people or
neighbor that were hardly aware of what this nation was about. Only the moderate citizens and secular minded
people knew well enough that such idiosyncrasies have been a common phenomenon
for a land where “Hinduism” is, was and has always been on the offensive against
innocent people and citizens and which curse or misfortune has already on its
historic graph umpteen instances of recorded, hidden and manipulated toll of
lives it devoured during the centuries, be they under foolish culture &
custom of “Sati”, “Dowry harassment” etc. etc. or even on the plea of being
defiled by other religions or religious as the case may be.
This Writer in his recent blog titled “Ban all India-based
communal, criminal and extremist outfits owing allegiance to Hinduism” had
prominently displayed the manner in which a miracle had taken place immediately
at, after and in course of the great event India always made much noise of
namely the Independence Day of India, and which miracle had inadvertently gone
unnoticed by not only by India’s teeming populace but even by writers,
historians and Guinness people as well.
The readers might already have slept over that particular miracle to
make an appropriate assessment on the activities and the inside out of such
heinous and most detestable elements namely the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal,
Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites that have been perpetrators to
heinous crimes, wreaking havoc on people for ages and how these criminal
elements not only betrayed the land and people in the name of fighting for
independence but even divested the Indian populace of the enormous wealth,
properties and valuables which in real sense ought to have been theirs, in the
rightful possession of the over 1.3 billion populace of present day India, but
which were actually looted by the above criminals in a most wicked manner.
The universal question which has lingered on hitherto despite
several ages and generations of people having made history during the years or
centuries gone by is as to why these criminals have been tolerated as part and
parcel of this Dravidian land and that too for so long a period and what are
their antecedents which confine them to this chaste land as people and citizens
of India? These criminals are in effect
traitors and when they indulge in unpatriotic ways of conveying an antagonistic
approach towards the very citizens, then the only route to taming them is to
allow law of the land or army of resistance to put an end to their escapade.
Foolishness has always been the forte of RSS. These criminals have been storming the
bastion of truth to convince the Dravidian
Land known today as India that Hinduism originated in India
However, today the same Writer who made a stunning revelation
under his already famous blog titled “Ban all India-based communal, criminal
and extremist outfits owing allegiance to Hinduism” on the atrocious crimes the RSS which outfit
was made up of the entire array of criminal outfits ransacking the nation under
their varying classifications namely the remnants of RSS apart, VHP, Bajrang
Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites, wishes to lightly add weight
to another such miracle which perhaps the communally persecuted India failed to
take note of. To be very precise, during
the last about one and a half decade or so, this same Writer had been
constantly pestering a dormant India on the scale of atrocities being heaped on
females by the above referred criminals with a view to partly coercing the
government and Congress Party on a plea of failing to tackle this menace of
atrocities being committed on innocent females by way of dowry burning, rape of
women, heinous persecution of people etc etc. but mostly to enable the present
communal BJP to form a government at the centre and in states, which they
managed to achieve through back door methods. Incidentally, one might be quite
amused to notice that, of late, these instances of atrocities which used to be
a usual phenomenon for many decades have more or less disappeared to a large
extent after these criminal elements managed to capture power at the
centre. Ostensibly, none made an attempt
to bring focus on to public eye as to the “whys” and “hows” of this miraculous
phenomenon and a vanishing trick came about immediately after the BJP
government took over disallowing any act of slam of the BJP government and the
criminal outfits supporting it. Quite
elementary too because this indeed is the so called onion politics of criminals
for understanding of which one must retreat to pre-election days of 2014 and
2009 when these known criminals namely the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv
Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites were in the habit of hording huge
quantities of onions so that the rates shot up to beyond ordinary people’s
capacity to purchase these commodity.
The blame for such price rise was squarely placed on the then
government namely Congress and the UPA alliance. And immediately after the elections the
onions were released by these criminals and the rates came down in no
time. Incidentally, the prices of onions
have once again gone up which happens to be a political gimmick being played by
these very criminals in order to arm-twist or to settle scores with the present
Delhi government under AAP which presently is at loggerheads with the ruling
BJP government at the centre and hence a rehearsal of the same summersault
being undertaken by these atrocious criminals.
Well and perplexingly so, it is this very politics that is being played
by the criminal elements and the communal government of today where the very
people who are the real criminals, rapists and perpetrators of atrocities over
females and ordinary people have cooled their heels down to abiding by norms
and procedures so as not to upset the communal government headed by the
Bhartiya Janata Party from being toppled.
As such this particular miracle whereby crimes have more or less
reduced to a bare minimum that should awaken people and parties to become fully
aware of the “hows” and “whys” of the real criminals and their modus operandi
who have become addicted to committing heinous murders, rapes and loot of the
nation but shy away from enacting their real profession and worth in order only
to safeguard the criminal government in power.
For the sake of clarify the Writer is once again repeating the names of
criminals that are the real perpetrators of crimes in India namely the BJP,
RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites etc.
Friends all, India is infested with criminals of all hues but
these venomous people namely the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram
Sene, Maoists & Naxalites etc. could even spell disastrous the manner in
which they keep changing their colors like a chameleon. It has therefore become imperative that one
cautions unsuspecting people of this chaste land that in case the innocent and
righteous people fail to keep a constant vigil on the sequences of crimes being
repeated off and on, the perpetrators of such crimes should be considered as
these criminals for whom honesty, truth, belief or religion have no meaning at
all in their lives except to be dodging the law and working their way up the
ladder of a crime world, which for them amounts to extremism.
A human being, a physique or a constitution is only the origin,
a character or ethics the pathway and Godliness the ultimate in so much the
same manner as a language in general is only an origin, a tongue the pathway
but truth stands always as the ultimate language of spirituality or the end
which alone appeals to divinity. One does not twist one’s tongue to allow
formation to a language. The language or
a nomenclature originates first which is given a formation or rhythm which
ultimately manages to become a tongue.
Is India - a whole piece of Dravidian Land – a land which had been
usurped by the forefathers of present day criminals and dastardly elements that
have concocted a majority by joining hands with the very scoundrels namely
Maoists & Naxalites which criminals have the blood of lakhs of India’s
innocent and honest citizens. And the
democracy which is being projected by India is but a show-piece to act

valuable years that he is wasting to the detriment of people and nation. Moreover, he needs to realize that it was
these very criminals and BJP as a party as well that have been clamoring to
garner votes on the ground that Congress Party had ruled India for so many
years without transacting any development.
If a peevish person like Narendra Damodardas Modi is allowed to keep
whiling away India’s valued years without achieving even one step – even one
right step – in the right direction, one might convincingly state that the
nation namely India has lost its way after BJP and their criminal outfits came

hostile elements under IS, Al Qaeda, Taliban
etc which group are likely to get offended at the outrage being

thousands of citizens of minority category were butchered for no fault of

for the many decades of hate that Sikh community maintained which the very
perpetrators of the cause of resentment have not?
It is even more appalling to find as to how a
huge chunk of Sikh community decided to take leave of the original Forum and
Party namely Congress Party to join hands with people professing communalism
namely Janata Party of old but Bhartiya Janata Party today’s India which
elements are criminals that are deliberately being upheld by similar extremist
elements under styles and outfits of the
RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene Maoists or Naxalites that are
hard-core people promoting dogmas of Hinduism to a Hindu community in a show of
slam to the very Sikh community.
Do you – Sikhs – firmly believe that 1984 was
at all the worst that could have befallen the fate of a number of Sikhs for a

Maoists & Naxalites was the recent massacre of scores of innocent party
workers and dignified citizens of Congress Party in Chhatisgarh about which

Chhatisgarh has done nothing to nab these criminals and bring them to justice
nor has law even peeped in to recurring instances of such crimes by these
criminals and who today are part of the very government to make up the numbers lest

land that they heed a call to unite as responsible citizens of a country that
has been taken for a ride by criminals of the land on the plea of being in the
majority (a farce to be sure) and allegedly professing a vague diabolic belief

turn his back to the criminal formation he is heading presently namely the BJP,
RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites for the
nation to acknowledge his stature as an unholy element.
No criminal can ever head a righteous
formation of people and nation because either the former would need to be
impeached by the latter for being what he ought not be or the former must quit,
if he has a conscience, which in the present case Modi is not willing to
succumb. But where crime and hypocrisy
is forte for people who have had sinister ways of hoodwinking nation, people
and even judiciary, and manipulate an election victory at the hands of a
criminal formation consisting of dastardly elements and dubious people, there
one would least find the existence of a brain, what to speak of conscience!
Moreover, are the criminal outfits styled as
Maoists and Naxalites morally and constitutionally rightful heirs to Indian
citizenship which boon, honour and privilege the minorities and honest citizens
of the land have been wantonly denied of by the very criminals in a very
high-handed manner? And how has Narendra
Modi deserved to be classified as an Indian citizen in much the same manner as
the rest of the entire set up under BJP including other criminal elements that
have all been elected on the strength of these very criminals namely the
Maoists & Naxalites besides of course the votes cast by the rest of the
criminals namely the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene etc etc.?
MIRACLE
Moreover, foolishness has always been the
forte of the RSS. These criminals have
been storming the bastion of truth to convince the Dravidian and known today as
“India ” that Hinduism
originated in India
This Writer, in his recent blog
titled “Ban all India-based communal, criminal and extremist outfits owing
allegiance to Hinduism” had prominently displayed the manner in which a miracle
had taken place immediately at, after and in course of the great event India
always made much noise of namely the Independence Day of India. The readers might already have slept over
that particular miracle to make an appropriate assessment on the inside out of
the most heinous and detestable elements namely the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal,
Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists &Naxalites and how these criminal elements
have not only betrayed the people in the name of fighting for independence but
even divested the Indian populace of the enormous wealth, properties and
valuables which ought to have been in the rightful possession of the over 1.3
billion populace of present day India, but which were actually looted by the
above criminals in a most greedy and wicked manner.
The gigantic question that ought to
make itself a prominent puzzle for people of this land is as to why and how
have these criminals been tolerated hitherto as part and parcel of the
Dravidian Land, despite them executing their nefarious atrocities to the extent
of even massacring thousands if not lakhs of innocent and people of
morale? How have the people of this land
tolerated these atrocious criminals and traitors of the land while at the same
time rebuking extremism being indulged in by other people around the
globe? There is a crying need to act
with precision and chastise these criminals under the law by uniting all
citizens of righteousness and moderation so as to cleanse the society of evil
once for all.
However, today the same Writer wishes
to lightly add weight to another such miracle which perhaps the communally
persecuted India
Incidentally, one might be quite
amused to notice that of late, after these criminals assumed power at the
centre and in most states, such instances of atrocities which used to be a
usual and regular phenomenon for many decades mostly in the north have more or
less disappeared to a large extent after these criminal elements managed to
capture power at the centre. Ostensibly,
none made an attempt to bring focus on to public eye as to the “whys” and
“hows” of this miraculous phenomenon for slamming the BJP and the criminal outfits
supporting it. Quite elementary that too
because this indeed is the so called onion politics of criminals for
understanding of which one must retreat to pre-election days of 2014 and 2009
when these known criminals namely the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena,
Ram Sene, Maoists &Naxalites were in the habit of hording huge quantities
of onions so that the rates shot up to beyond ordinary people’s capacity to
purchase them.
The blame for such price rise was
squarely placed on the then government namely Congress and the UPA
alliance. And immediately after the
elections the onions were released by these criminals and the rates came down in
no time. Incidentally, the prices of
onions have again gone up which happens to be a political gimmick being played
by these very criminals in order to arm-twist or to settle scores with the
present Delhi government under AAP which happens to be at loggerheads with the
ruling BJP government and hence a rehearsal of the same summersault by these
atrocious criminals. Well and
perplexingly so, it is this very politics that is being played by the criminal
elements and the communal government of today where the very people who are the
real criminals, rapists and perpetrators of atrocities over females and
ordinary people have cooled their heels down to abiding by norms and procedures
so as not to upset the communal government headed by the Bhartiya Janata Party
from being toppled.
As such this particular miracle
whereby crimes have more or less reduced to a bare minimum which ought to
awaken people and parties to become fully aware as to the “hows” and “whys” of
the real criminals and their modus operandi who have become addicted to
committing heinous murders, rapes and loot of the nation but shy away from
enacting their real profession and worth in order only to safeguard the
criminal government in power. For the
sake of clarify the Writer is once again repeating the names of criminals that
are the real perpetrators of crimes in India namely the BJP, RSS, VHP, Bajrang
Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene, Maoists & Naxalites etc.
Friends all, India is infested with
criminals of all hues but these venomous elements namely the Bhartiya Janata Party, Rashtriya
Swayamsewak Sangh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene,
Maoists & Naxalites etc. could even spell disaster for this land and its
honest citizens the manner in which they keep changing their colors like a
chameleon. It has therefore, become
imperative that one caution the unsuspecting people of this chaste land that in
case the innocent and righteous people fail to keep constant vigil on the
sequence of events and crimes being repeated off and on, the perpetratorsof
such crimes should be considered as these criminals for whom honesty, truth,
belief and religion have no meaning at all in their lives except to be dodging
law and working their way up the ladder of crime world, which for them amounts
to extremism.
What is all the more amazing is the fact that, the very people
namely the BJP in the company of RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, Shiv Sena, Ram Sene,
Maoists & Naxalites etc. who made a bonfire of the sane advice by most
people including this Writer cautioning them not to antagonize the honest and
righteous citizens of the land, whereas on the contrary they went about
promoting hostility among its citizens and neighbors, brandishing the threat of
a nuclear war to be looming large on its horizon and parading empty streets in
a fit of war like atmosphere and rage of a wounded tiger, very much like the
Don Quixote as though they were facing a real enemy where in actual fact there
existed none. Reason and logic fails to
concur as to how these criminals perceived a threat to their existence which
had them forced to spring on to their feet ready to wage war on a people or
neighbor that were hardly aware of what this nation was about. Only the moderate citizens and secular minded
people knew well enough that such idiosyncracies have been a common phenomenonfor
a land where “Hinduism” is, was and has always been on the offensive against
innocent people and citizens and which curse or misfortune has already on its
historic graph umpteen instances of recorded, hidden and manipulated toll of
lives it devoured during the centuries, be they under the foolish culture &
custom or “Sati”, “Dowry harassment” etc. etc. or even on the plea of being
defiled by other religions or religious as the case may be.
